Do you offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period, but you are welcome to send us a small quantity on a Pay As You Go basis.

Is there a contract period?

No, you can cancel your monthly subscription at anytime. However, please be aware that we cannot commence any rework or prep until you resume your subscription. Any stock at our facility is not covered by the monthly subscription and is still chargeable.

Tell me more about the single, all-inclusive pricing

Charging a single fee for prep and rework allows invoicing to be streamlined and transparent. Customers can quickly calculate how much they’re expected to be charged for a shipment as all costs are included in the price. Calculating your profit margins is a lot more straightforward too. There are some costs and charges that are not included in this single-fee however, refer to the comparison table above to determine what these are.

What are the main differences between the Standard and Enterprise options?

The key difference is the unit price. We transfer more of the processing costs from the unit price to the monthly subscription in the Enterprise plan. If you’d like to know more, please get in touch with our sales team.

Why do you charge a monthly fee?

By charging a monthly fee we are able to offset our costs and markup to a fixed standard monthly cost no matter how many units you process. This allows you to keep your per unit costs low and secure the product’s profit margin.
